    5. Drink a hot decoction in the morning and in the evening after eating 130 milliliters.

    Diaghular oil can only be used for external procedures:

    2. Rub with pain of rheumatic origin and arthritis.

    For the normal operation of the digestive system, mix two or three drops with a teaspoon of coconut, almond or olive oil. Put on the stomach and rub out in circular movements.
