Ravings are a form of relief, which has the form of hollows with a sufficiently large depth, form, most often when washed out with water. Ravings are considered a problem, since they appear in unexpected places on the hilly and plain area, worsen the condition of the soil, change the character of the underlying surface, and also violate the ecosystems. If the length of some ravines can be several meters, then others are stretched for kilometers. By age of education, ravines are mature and young. In order to prevent their development, as soon as they are found, it is necessary to strengthen the soil: to plant trees, to introduce excess moisture. Otherwise, there is a possibility of losing entire hectares of fertile land.
The reasons for the formation of ravines
Experts distinguish a large number of causes of ravines. These are not only natural, but also anthropogenic causes. The main of them:

If people conduct any economic activity, as a result of which voids underground and ravines may appear, it is necessary to eliminate these reasons: to bury pits, align the soil, plant new crops, and take the flow of water to another place.
Stages of the formation of ravines

Usually the ravine develops until it reaches the soil layer. At the fourth stage, when the ravine reached huge sizes, its growth ceases. As a result, this form of relief spoils any area. There is practically no vegetation, and animals can fall into a natural trap, and not all representatives of the fauna will be able to successfully get out of it without injuries.
