The history of this breed began in the UK in the 1960s. The breeder Patricia Turner saw the highlighted picture of the Siamese cat, and she liked this snowwhite animal so much that the woman decided to withdraw a new breed. The difficulty was that white cats, as a rule, are born deaf. Patricia set an ambitious task: to remove the animal without this violation.
As potential parents, the breeder chose the Siamese cat of the color of Point forces and the British shorthaired white color. The resulting kittens and became the founders of the breed, which was called “Forin White”.
In the character of Forin of White, their connection with Siamese cats is traced. They have a high level of intelligence. They say that Forin of White can teach commands and perform simple tricks.
In addition, another feature of this breed deserves special attention talkativeness. Cats have their own language, and they do not make a single sound just like that: it can be a request, and demand, and affection, and even a question. In this, they are also similar to the oriental breed.
Forin of White is a little arrogant in relation to other animals. Therefore, a neighbor in an apartment, whether a cat or a dog, must accept the fact that Forin White in the house is the main. If this does not happen, war may begin.
At the same time, the pet will be tied to a person. Any crossings are not afraid of him if the beloved owner is nearby. The same applies to children: Forin of White with love treats babies, although they do not allow familiarity to their person. Children need to explain that the cat should handle carefully.
Care
Forin White does not require special care. The cat has a short wool that can fall out during the molting period. To keep the house clean, in the fall and spring of the pet, it is necessary to comb out 2-3 times a week with the help of a brush. It is advisable to teach a kitten to this procedure since childhood.
The white hair of the animal quickly becomes dirty, especially if the cat walks on the street. Bathing a pet should be as necessary, but it also needs to be accustomed to this process since childhood.
It is also recommended to regularly inspect the eyes and oral cavity of the pet. It is believed that Forin of White has a predisposition to the formation of tartar.
Conditions of detention
To keep Forin White’s teeth healthy, a cat requires highquality and balanced diet. Choose feed with a veterinarian or on the advice of a breeder. It is important to note that Forin White is not inclined to gain weight, but it is still necessary to carefully monitor the dimensions of the servings of the feed and the activity of the pet.
Despite the fact that Forin of White is a fairly healthy breed, it is prohibited to knit these cats with each other. Before knitting, you need to consult with the breeder.
