Character
Lykoi is considered a natural mutation of a domestic cat. Outwardly, these animals make an ambiguous impression: their wool sprouts with clocks. They are even called werewolf cats.
But such a strange and even frightening appearance is deceiving: Lykoi are very friendly and cute creatures. They are distinguished by an affectionate character, very sociable, love to be next to the owner.
At the same time, cats of this breed rarely sit still their life takes place in motion. They constantly play, and the owners should take this into account, paying enough attention to the animal.
In cats of this breed, instincts are very developed. They are great hunters and are happy to improve their skills. Having played, they can rush at a person. Also, louds can lead themselves to the stranger who fell into their territory.
For this reason, it is not recommended to start cats of this breed in families where there are small children a cat can show aggression in response to the child’s awkward attempts to stroke or hug her.
Lykoi are very smart. They easily remember the teams, their name and the rules to which the owner accustoms them. However, sometimes they can show stubbornness and defiantly not react to the comments of the owner. The fault of an independent and wild disposition, present in cats of this breed at the genetic level.
Care
It may seem that the Lykoi do not need special care for hair it is partly not. However, with this feature of their features, louds are very strong and can periodically remain at all without wool. In this case, they need special care. Bald cats are freezing faster, so the owners should think about how to help the pets keep the warmth they have vital. First, suitable temperature conditions of the house should be created for this. Secondly, the cat should have special clothes that will allow her to calmly survive the cold time.
It is noteworthy that the louds adore when they are combed out. They themselves spend time with pleasure, licking their wool. Therefore, do not neglect this procedure.
Conditions of detention
Lykoi feel great in a city apartment. However, the owner must understand that if he does not equip the cat with a place where she can splash out her energy, she will begin to come up with classes on her own and can even harm home property. Therefore, it is better to take care of this issue in advance in order to save yourself from unpleasant surprises.
