Nature, plants and animals of Crimea | Photo, title and description

The nature of the Crimean peninsula is unique. Its territory can be divided into three zones:

  • steppe Crimea;
  • South coast;
  • Crimean mountains.
  • In these zones, a climate with specific features has formed. The main part of the peninsula lies in the temperate continental climate zone, and the southern coast lies in the subtropical zone. In winter, the temperature varies from3 to +1, and in summer from +25 to +37 degrees Celsius. Crimea is washed by the Black and Azov Seas, and in the warm season they heat up to +25-+28 degrees. In the Crimean mountains, the mountain type of climate differs in zones.
