Patuyara fiber photo and description of the mushroom, how it looks and where it grows

Patuyara fiber (lat. Inocybe Patouillardii) is a poisonous mushroom from the Pautinnic family. It has an alternative name the fiber red.

Appearance

The shape of the hat at a young age is conical, but over time it becomes like a bell. By old age, the mushroom straightens and becomes almost completely flat, but there remains a small tubercle in the center. The diameter of the hat is not particularly large and does not exceed ten centimeters. A lot of radial fibers, characteristic of all representatives of the Pautinnic family, are visible throughout the diameter. Cracks may also go from the hillock.

The leg varies from four to ten centimeters in length. Its color is about the same as that of the hat, but at the same time it can sometimes be brighter. The leg has a cylindrical shape, it is quite strong and has a slight seal at the base. The pulp likes mustard and is almost no smell. In the section or when pressed, the pulp is painted red, especially in old mushrooms.

Where it grows

It is mainly met on limestone or clay areas, whether it be hills or mountains. Sometimes it can be found in parks, various forests and forest belts. The mushroom itself is common, although it is not found in many countries. The fruiting period falls out in the end of spring, and takes about five to six months in terms of duration, ending with the advent of cold weather. It can grow in many regions of Europe and Asia, while in Eurasia this mushroom can also be found, mainly it is noticed on the foothills of the North Caucasus.

Virulence

The composition of this mushroom has a very dangerous toxin for humans muscarin. Because of it, the mushroom is deadly poisonous, so it is strictly prohibited to eat it. The first signs of poisoning are manifested half an hour after eating, and they are in the form of tremor of the limbs, increase or lower blood pressure, the appearance of severe weakness, regardless of the activity, as well as the appearance of vomiting and diarrhea. If you or one of your friends have found these symptoms, you must immediately consult a doctor to avoid deplorable consequences. While you expect an ambulance arrival, try to find activated charcoal and give it to the patient. Another good means for inhibition of poison can serve as water with salt.
