What is a violation of the law?

  • when trading or purchase of prey without relevant documents;
  • in case of violation of established fishing rules;
  • In the case of the use of forbidden elements: explosives, poisonous substances, electrical devices, equipment of industrial origin, and so on.
  • It is important not to exceed the norms of fishing that are installed on one person.

    Types of fish listed in the Red Book

    In addition to the rules of fishing, the fisherman should also know the list of vertebrates, which are strictly forbidden to catch due to their entry in the Red Book. Poachers carry out fishing in protected areas, on prohibited objects, which is strictly punishable by law. To avoid an unpleasant situation, you should know the prey, the hunt for which is prohibited: an ordinary oglet, a freshwater sterlet, a priest’s cutter, a small fish, fast Russian.

    Having gained one of the above species of fish, the fisherman risks getting an impressive fine. Sometimes inspectors write out administrative protocols, in accordance with which a person is sent to public work.

    What time and how it is forbidden to fish?

    The government of each region establishes its terms, in accordance with which, fishermen are prohibited from fishing. Every year, these dates may vary depending on weather conditions. Fishing is considered forbidden during fish spawning.

    In addition, it is important to know that it is forbidden to catch fish on backlight and cut. Jerking prey, using firearms or electricity is also unacceptable. The installed fences that interfere with the free movement of fish are considered poaching.

    Penalty sanctions

    The most gentle fine is the punishment of 2000 to 5000 rubles. If the fisherman carries out the fishing during spawning, then he can count on the amount of up to 300,000 rubles. A special punishment has been established for fishing a certain type of fish. So, for example, when capturing a carp or pike (during spawning), the fisherman will need to pay 250 rubles for one individual. For fishing, fines in the amount of 100,000 to 300,000 rubles can be written out.

    In order for fishing to bring only pleasure, you should know all the norms and rules, and conscientiously follow it.
