A tricolor nightlight is a small bat. She lives about 14-15 years old. It got its name due to a unique color. She prefers open landscapes, mainly arid. As a shelter, he chooses caves, attics, grottoes. Representatives of this species easily get along with each other. Often they form mixed colonies with horseshoes.

Where it lives
The tricolor night spent has a wide habitat: from Central Europe and Mediterranean to the Caucasus, Central Asia and the Middle East. In Eurasia, a flying mouse of this species chooses the foothill areas for its residence, where there are caves.
Such mammals settle mainly in mountain forests at an altitude of 1800 m. above sea level. They also like parktype landscapes. Growing colonies, the number of which exceeds 300 individuals, settled in caves, grottoes or in the attics of abandoned buildings.
